Customer Satisfaction Executive at Mumm
- Getting in touch with our clients to ensure their satisfaction
- Surveying clients and seeking their feedback on our service to ensure highest service level
- Engaging in the operations cycle and getting exposed to our whole business cycle from order placing till delivery.
- Maintain mumm SOPs in terms of service levels, food standards, delivery time
- A degree (from any discipline) is required.
- Experience in food operations is a plus.
Technical Knowledge/ Skills/ Training required:
- Solid demonstration of leadership, influence and persuasion skills.
- A desire to win, with a strong entrepreneurial flair to seek out new business opportunities.
