OD Specialist at El Sewedy Industrial Development
Location: New Cairo
· Develop and update job descriptions through job analysis to help articulate the most important job duties needed from an employee.
· Support in the development and deployment of programs including training needs analysis, vendor selection, design and development workshops.
· Conduct the job analysis process in order to Create Job profile including the job description.
· Develop career path, succession plans, and retention programs for key talents.
· Support in formulating Grading/ Salary structures.
· Formulate and implement performance management plans to improve company objectives.
· Develop & implement objectives and KPI’s.
· Established the organization development function to lead to HR restructuring.
· Develop, and follow up on the implementation of the orientation for newly hired employees to ensure their full awareness with the job description, career path, company lines of business, policies, and procedures, company vision and mission.
· Bachelor degree holder.
· HR certificate/preferred
· 3+ years of Experience in OD is Must
· Fluent English
· Excellent organization and communication skills.
· Excellent Excel and Microsoft office
