Radio Customer Support Engineer at Nokia
•New Radio network implementation includes Installation, Commissioning, integration, configuration of Nokia Radio controllers products (Flexi BSC, mcBSC)
•Responsible for performing network expansions, hardware upgrades, reconfiguration and troubleshooting and fault diagnostics in alive production environment
•Network element functionality testing and verification after integration (Call testing, Alarm and KPIs, etc) to grant customer acceptance.
•Assistance for field staff during various implementation activities, planned works and related troubleshooting.
•Lead & plan technical/customer system acceptance testing.
•Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering
•Previous experience needed in commissioning/integration/configuration Nokia Radio Products Flexi BSC, mcBSC, MR & MR10 BTS
•Expertise on AoIP, Packet Over ABIS Implementation & Troubleshooting
•Knowledge on IP Networks.
•Ready towork at night and travel on short notice
•Knowledge on GSM network architecture.
•Ability to deliver necessary knowledge transferwithin the team
•Proactive, self-driven and motivated to learn
•Excellent negotiation, communication, customer interfacing skills
•Experience managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and work both independently and as part of a team
•Strong MS Office Suite knowledge (Excel, Word, etc)
•Excellent verbal and written English language and communication skill
