Sales Analysis & Routing Section Head at Trans Business for Trading and Distribution
· Work closely with front line sales managers & supervisors in order to create efficiency via routes planning and sales analysis
· Owning Master data for sales routes Studying routes structure in terms of # of customers, customer’s segmentation, and weight of route in relation to the depot.
· Segment customers based on volume, frequency of visits, and special characteristics.
· Study changes that take place on the routes through the routing team. Revisit maps, all GPS coordinate to insure accuracy, and identify rerouting potential for efficiency.
· Analyze sales per customer in terms of volume, skus, and weight.
· Follow up with IT on the 80/20 rule reporting automation.
· Follow up with IT on daily, weekly, and monthly reports in accordance to Sales Managers requirements and needs.
· Prepare data and format actual slides for monthly sales presentations
· Bachelor Degree in a relevant field
· 2-4 years’ experience in process establishment, and team leading
· Very good analysis experience
· Advanced level of MS office
· Excellent English
