Senior CRM Developer at Link Development
1- Work closely with the project team to turn business needs into solutions. It involves the design, development and debugging of different solution components and elements following the best practices to reach the high quality standards.
2- Design, develop and test solution components, as well as own software projects from design to implementation and deployment.
3- Research, design, implement innovative software solutions and deliver projects on time and to specification with high level of quality.
4- Develop unit tests and work with Quality Control members on solving the defects.
5- Investigate new technologies and constantly update his/her technical knowledge and skills.
6- Construct design documents and documentation to aid maintenance and code reuse.
7- Mentor and guide junior Developers/Product Support Engineers if needed.
8- Assist in the design and architecture of complex solutions.
9- Analyze and suggest improvements in the overall development process.
10- Analyzes and Review documents
11- Conduct a code review and test environment review.
12- In addition to any other task requested from the direct manager.
1- Years of experience: 2 – 4 years of work experience.
2- Knowledge of XML, ASP.NET, .NET or C# and SQL.
3- Basic knowledge of Web technologies HTML, CSS, Java script and VB script.
4- Knowledge of CRM design, customization and business is mandatory.
5- Good customer handling and internal team consolidation.
6- Good Command of English.
7- Good Analysis skills, problem solving, Interactive communication, and Documentation, formal presentation & negotiation skills.
